Thank you for registering for the IELTS test at British Council Guangzhou IOP Test Centre Branch Venue. To ensure that you have a smooth and orderly test experience, please be aware of and comply with the following regulations. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Arrive at the Test Center:

Your Written test will take place at No.5 Teaching Building, Training Centre (Guangzhou) of General Administration of Customs, No.555, Xinjiao Xi Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou.

Candidates must enter from South Gate of the test center to test building (No.5 Teaching Building). It is about 100 meters from the South Gate to the test building.

• IdentificationDocument Requirements:

Candidates must bring the original and valid ID document and admission ticket that match the registration information to attend the test.

• Reminder of Arrival Time:

Candidates must pay attention to the following times and allow enough time for entry inspection and on-campus transportation to avoid being late.

Paper-based test: Entry starts at 07:30 AM, the entry deadline for the written test is 08:30 AM.

·          Other Requirements:

1)    We recommend that candidates wear masks during the test to reduce the risk of respiratory disease transmission.

2)    Candidates (includes but not limit to test takers under 18) can only enter the campus during test period onthe test day.  Parents or companions of candidates are not allowed to enter campus.

3)    Candidates will not be allowed to enter the test center for test venue inspection before their testday.

4)    Candidates must leave from the same campus gate after the test.

5)   Taxi,online ride-hailing car and private car are prohibited to enter the test center.
